About me
Hello strangers,
Welcome to my blog! Rookie Voyager.
Why Rookie? I believe that I am no expert in anything. The more you know the more you don’t know. The same applies to life.
Why Voyager? I like the idea of voyager floating in space and as of now just enjoying its journey. Voyager had a plan – and so am I, but when things go wrong we need to make do with what we have in our hands and make the best of it.
What is up with the logo? It is a guy strapped to a satellite. He has no space suite hence probably a rookie.
What is the goal of this blog? The main reason is a self reminder. It brings me great joy to re-live some of the experiences through reading. They say somethings are only best kept in memory. But I think our memory has a capacity and it needs a reminder from time to time. If you find some thing helps you, I am super happy!
I like your photo, what cameras and lenses are you using? Please see this page
What were you doing in the Netherlands for 10 years? I moved to the Netherlands to pursue higher-level education at the HAN Hogeschool. I did 4 years Bachelor of Applied Sciences course on Life Sciences to become a scientist. I spent 2,5 years in Nijmegen, 6 months in Charles University Prague for Erasmus exchange program, and 1 year in the UK (Sainsbury Laboratory and Cambridge University) for internships. At that time, my main interest was Molecular Plant Sciences.
I then spent another 4 years at the University of Amsterdam as a laboratory technician, during these times I have several peer-reviewed journals. To name a few

What are you doing now mainly? During my 4 years at the University of Amsterdam, I have been helping my brother’s work to make a website. I was intrigued by how different it is to work in science. In web development, the process is much faster. Moreover, you can literally google everything to solve your current issue. This is very satisfying for me. As of 2019. I and my brother has set up our own company called PT Whello Indonesia Prima. We have offices and Bali and Pekanbaru. We currently have 16 awesome talented individuals. At the moment, we received most of our clients from our partnership with a marketing agency Whello. And I have recently set up my own hosting company, it is called Virtue project. It is registered in Chamber of Commerce here in the Netherlands
